Fetret'ten Fetih'e Osmanlı zihniyetinin teşekkülü

Abstract

Bu tez, Fetret devri ile İstanbul'un fethi arasındaki tarihi aralıkta Osmanlı Zihniyetinin teşekkülünü Türkçeyi merkeze alarak Tarih, Siyaset ve Gizli İlimler özelinde incelemektedir. Osmanlı Devleti, 15. yüzyılın ilk yarısında Arapça ve Farsça literatürün yanında kendisine kuvvetli bir şekilde yer edinen Türkçe literatür ile İslam dünyasında her açıdan kurumsallaşmış İran (Farsça) ve Mısır (Arapça) dünyasından ve kültürel havzasından ayrılmıştır. Bu tarihi aralıkta, mezkûr üç disiplin bağlamında üretilen literatür, Osmanlı Zihniyetinin Teşekkül ettiğini müdellel bir şekilde göstermektedir. Böylece bir yandan İslam dünyasındaki mevcut birikim yerelleştirilerek üstlenilmiş, diğer yandan aynı zamanda yeni bir teklifte de bulunulmuştur. Bu süreç kendini hulasa ve zübde kavramları ile göstermiş, neticede Osmanlı Devleti kendinden önce gelen birikimi dönüştürerek üstlenmiştir. Geçmiş, şimdi ve gelecek tasavvurları üzerinden tesis edilen bu zihin dünyası, hassaten devletin politik varlığını merkeze alarak inşa edilmiştir. ----- This thesis examines the formation of the Ottoman mentality in the historical interval between the Fetret (Interregnum) period and the conquest of Istanbul, with a special focus on History, Politics and Occult Sciences. In the first half of the 15th century, the Ottoman Empire separated itself from the Iranian (Persian) and Egyptian (Arabic) worlds and cultural basin, which were institutionalized in every aspect in the Islamic world, with Turkish, which strongly established itself alongside Arabic and Persian literature. In this historical interval, the literature produced in the context of these three disciplines demonstrates the formation of the Ottoman mentality. Thus, on the one hand, the existing accumulation in the Islamic world was localized and assumed, and on the other hand, a new proposal was made at the same time. This process manifested itself with the concepts of hulasa and zubda, and as a result, the Ottoman Empire transformed and undertook the accumulation that came before it. This world of mind, which was established through past, present and future visions, was built by centering the political existence of the state.
