Phases of Internationalisation in Higher Education Policies in Turkey: 1981-2018
Özet
Higher educational institutions in the world, especially the Western universities have recently become more preoccupied with restructuring process. This trend in Europe, for instance, is staged by the creation of ‘European Higher Education Arena’, adaptation of national labour markets, mutual recognition of diplomas, accreditation, student movements and internationalisation of the study opportunities. In this context, ‘transnational companies’ and the treaties signed in the period after the emergence of international organisations by Bretton Woods Conference, as well as diversification of the actors who
