| dc.description.abstract | توردُ هذه الدّراسة توضيحًا لمفهوم التّرجمة من حيث اللّغة، والاصطلاح، وبعد سرد أنواع التّرجمة تتناول الرّسالة مواضيع في الأدب، كتقسيمات الشّعر العربيّ من حيث النّوع (الشّعر العمودي، والشّعر الحر). ثم تسعى الدّراسة من النّاحية الأخرى إلى تسليط الضّوء على الشّعر، وأنواعه في اللّغة التّركيّة، في محاولة لفهم آليّات الأدب، وأغراض استخدامه في مواضع مختلفة، وتركّز الدّراسة على إمكانيّة ترجمة شعر من لغة إلى أخرى، ثم تنتقل الدّراسة إلى موضوعها الأساس، وهو ترجمة النّشيد الوطنيّ التّركيّ، بعد تقديم معلومات عن سيرة كاتب هذا الشّعر (الشّاعر التّركيّ محمد عاكف أرصوي)، وأهم مراحل حياته، الأمر الذي يجعل القارئ يفهم طبيعة مؤلّف هذا الشّعر، والجوّ الذي تمّ نظم شعره فيه، ثمّ تشرح الدّراسة سبب أهميّة هذا الشّعر لدى الشّعب التّركيّ، وامتداده من الماضي إلى الحاضر. وتتناول الدّراسة بطريقة منهجيّة نقديّة أهمّ ترجمات هذا الشّعر التي قام بها المترجمون والشّعراء من الأتراك والعرب، وتسعى إلى تقديم شرحٍ وافٍ للنّشيد الوطنيّ التّركيّ، رامية إلى تزويد القارئ العربيّ بمكوّنات هذا الشّعر، ودوافع نظمه، وأسباب أهميته، وشرح ما فيه من المعاني، والأحداث استنادًا إلى أبحاث الأدباء دراساتهم بالإضافة إلى الجهود البحثية للباحثين والمؤرّخين الأتراك في هذا الحقل. وتهدف الدّراسة في نهاية الأمر إلى أن تكون قد وضعت بين يدي الشّعراء العرب، ممن لا يتقنون التّركيّة، فرصة نظم شعر في مستوى يليق بالنّشيد الوطنيّ التّركيّ، يُعتبر ترجمة إبداعيّة له، وذلك ضمن مشروع كبير تؤسس هذه الدّراسة له وتقترحه.

This study provides an explanation of the concept of translation in terms of language and terminology, and then moves on to list the types of translation. Then the thesis addresses topics in literature, such as the divisions of Arabic poetry in terms of type (vertical poetry, free verse poetry). Then, on the other hand, the study seeks to shed light on poetry and its types in the Turkish language, to understand the mechanisms of literature and the purposes of its use in various settings. The study then focuses on the possibility of translating poetry from one language to another. Then the study moves to its main topic, which is the translation of the Turkish national anthem, after providing information about the biography of the writer of this poetry (Mehmet Akif Ersoy), and the most important stages of his life, which makes the reader understand the nature of the author of this poetry, and the atmosphere in which his poetry was composed. Then the study explains the reason for the importance of this poetry to the Turkish people, and its extension from the past to the present. The study deals in a systematic and critical manner with the most important translations of this poetry made by Turkish and Arab translators and poets, and seeks to provide a comprehensive explanation of the Turkish national anthem, aiming to provide the Arab reader with the components of this poetry, the motives for its composition, the reasons for its importance, and an explanation of its meanings and events based on the research and studies of Turkish writers, researchers, and historians in this field. Ultimately, the study aims to give Arab poets, who do not master the Turkish language, the opportunity to compose poetry at a level befitting the Turkish national anthem, which is considered a creative translation of it, within a large project that this study establishes and proposes. | en_US |
