Duafâ Literatüründe Serikatü'l-hadîs Kavramı

Abstract

Bu çalışma Ricâl Tenkidinde bir cerh lafzı olarak kullanılan serikatü'l-hadîs kavramının mâhiyetini, hadis usûlü ve ricâlinde bulunduğu konumu ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. İki bölümden oluşan araştırmanın birinci bölümünde, cerh-ta'dil ilmine dair kısa bir giriş yapılmış, devamında serikatü'l-hadîs teriminin muhtevâsı, ortaya çıkışı, hadis usûlündeki diğer kavramlarla ilişkisi ve mesrûk hadisin hükmü belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, hadis hırsızlarının Ricâl edebiyatında yer aldıkları eserler tespit edilmiş, kavramın duafâ literatürü özelinde kullanım şekilleri incelenmiş, hadis hırsızlarının bu fiili gerçekleştirme biçimleri, yaşadıkları zaman dilimi, bölgesel olarak bulundukları beldeler, isnada müdahalede biçimleri ve çalmış oldukları hadis metinleri ele alınmıştır.

This study aims to introduce the nature of the concept of sariqat al-hadīth that is used as a jarh term, and its position within the methodology and rijāl (transmitters) of hadīth. First chapter of the two-chapter study includes a short introduction to science of jarh wa ta'dīl followed by the content of the concept of sariqat al-hadīth, its emergence, its relation to other concepts within hadīth methodology and the ruling on masrūq hadīth. The second chapter explores the books of rijāl literature in which hadīth stealers appear, analyzes the usage of the concept special to duafā literature and examines the ways hadīth stealers used to carry out this act of stealing, the period of time and the regional places they lived in, the way they intervene in the isnāds (transmitter chains) and the texts they had stolen.
