Cüllabi’nin Kitabü’s-salat adlı eserinin tahkiki ve incelenmesi : (eserin başından mescid babına kadar)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, kaynaklarda hakkında yeterli bilgi bulunmayan ve hicrî VI. yüzyılda (XI-XII.) vefat ettiği düşünülen Hanefî mezhebi fakihi Ebû Muhammed Tâhir el-Cüllâbî'nin temizlik ve namaz konusuna dair telif ettiği Kitâbü's-salât adlı eser üzerinde yapılmıştır. Müellif eserinde ağırlıklı olarak Hanefî mezhebine müntesip fakihlerin görüşlerine itimat etmekle beraber zaman zaman sahabe, tâbiîn ve tebeu't-tâbiînin sözleri ve Malikî ile Şafiî mezhebi imamlarının görüşlerine değinmiştir. Kitâbü's-salât'ın adı birçok Hanefî mezhebi müellefatında geçmekte ve yaptıkları nakillerde onu kaynak gösteren müelliflerin sayısı yirmiyi aşmaktadır; dolayısıyla Kitâbü's-salât bir müracaat kaynağı konumundadır. Bununla beraber eser gerektiği gibi şöhret kazanmamıştır. Çalışmada, eser ve müellifi tanıtılmış; Kitâbü's-salât, Ebü'l-Leys es-Semerkandî'nin (ö. 373/983) Mukaddime fi's-salât isimli eseri ile mukayese edilmiştir. Daha sonra yazma nüshalarından dört nüshaya dayanılarak Kitâbü's-salât'ın bir bölümü tahkik edilmiştir. ----- This thesis is on a book titled Kitâbü's-salât contained ablution and salat (prayer) subjects that has been written in furu (substantive) fiqh of Hanafi school by a non-famous Hanafi scholar named Ebû Muhammed Tâhir el-Cüllâbî, who has approximately died in 6th century of Hegira; 11th-12th century after Christ. Besides the ideas of Hanafi scholar, the author has also touched on the ideas of İmam Malik -the guide of Maliki school-, and the ideas of İmam al-Shafii -the guide of Shafii school-. On the other hand, the name of Kitâbüs'salât is mentioned in much than twenty books written on Hanafi fıqh, so Kitâbü's-salât is seems to be a major source for Hanafi scholars who come after el-Cüllâbî. But that is not the fact, because the mentioned book is now relatively a non-famous book in Hanafi school's literature. İn the study we have introduced Kitâbü's-salât and its author; we have also compared Kitâbü's-salât to Mukaddime fi's-salât of Semerkandî (d. 737/983) in order to understand the relationship between the two books. Subsequently we have compared four manuscript copies of Kitâbü's-salât to each other -it comprises only a part of the book- in order to reach the original form of Kitâbü's-salât.
