Hanefi fıkıh usulü sistematiğinin oluşumu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada IV ve VII. asırlar arasında telif edilen Hanefî fıkıh usulü eserlerinin sistematikleri birbirleriyle mukayese edilerek incelenmiştir. Eserler arasındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilerek Hanefî fıkıh usulü eserlerinin sistematiğinin oluşum süreci ortaya konulmuştur. Tez giriş, üç bölüm, sonuç ve ekden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında tezin konusuna, sınırlarına, sunumuna ve yöntemine değinilmiştir. Birinci bölümde IV ve V., ikinci bölümde VI., üçüncü bölümde ise VII. asırda yazılan usûl eserlerinin sistematikleri tanıtılmıştır. Ulaşılan tespitlere ve değerlendirmelere sonuç bölümünde yer verilmiştir. ----- In this study, the systematics of Hanafi works on Principals of Islamic Law (usul al-fiqh), which were written between the 4th and 7th centuries, were examined by comparing them with each other. By determining the similarities and differences between the works, the formation process of the systematics of the Hanafi usul al-fiqh works has been revealed. The thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and appendix. In the introduction the subject, limits, presentation and method of the thesis are mentioned. In the first part, the systematics of the works written in the 4th and 5th centuries, in the second part in the 6th century, and in the third part in the 7th century are introduced. The findings and evaluations we have reached are included in the conclusion section.
