Kur’an ilimleri ve fıkıh usulü ilişkisi : Zerkeşi’nin el-Burhan ve el-Bahru’l-muhit adlı eserlerinde nesih

Abstract

Tefsir ilminde müstakil bir usûlün/metodolojinin bulunup bulunmadığı ve bununla bağlantılı olarak tefsir ilminin müstakil bir ilim olarak kabul edilip edilemeyeceği son dönemde çokça tartışılan bir konudur. İslâmî ilimler manzûmesinde tefsir faaliyeti için metodolojik bilgi sunan ulûmu'l-Kur'an/tefsir usûlü ile fıkıh usûlü alanları öne çıkmaktadır. Bu iki alanda ortak olarak ele alınan konulardan birisi nesih konusudur. Bu çalışmada Bedreddin ez-Zerkeşî'nin (ö. 794/1392) ulûmu'l-Kur'an alanında kaleme aldığı el-Burhân fî ulûmi'l-kur'ân isimli eseri ile fıkıh usûlünde kaleme aldığı el-Bahru'l-muhît fî usûli'l-fikh adlı eserlerindeki nesih bölümleri mukayese edilererk bu konu özelinde ulûmu'l-Kur'an ile fıkıh usûlü arasındaki ortaklıklar ve farklılıklar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece ulûmu'l-Kur'an ile fıkıh usûlünün mahiyeti, kapsamı, sınırı ve işlevsel değeri hakkında önemli ipuçları elde edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. ----- A dispute that has been discussed a lot recently within the circle of scholars is whether there is an independent methodology in the science of tafsir correlatively to whether the science of tafsir can be counted as an independent science or not. In the sequence of Islamic sciences, the field of 'ulum al-Qur'an/usul al-Tafsir that provides methodological information for tafsir activity and the field of Usul al-Fiqh come to the fore. One of the issues, which is approached in common within these two fields is naskh (abrogation). In this study, the sections that discuss on naskh in the works of Badr al-Din al-Zarkashī's (d. 794/1392) named al-Burhān fî ʻulūm al-Qurʼān that he wrote in the field of 'ulum al-Qur'an, and al-Bahr al-muhît fî usul al-Fiqh, which he wrote in the field of Usul al-Fiqh were compared and based on this subject the similarities and differences between the 'ulum al-Qur'an and usul al-Fiqh were determined. Thus, the important clues about the essence, scope, limit and functional value of 'ulum al-Qur'an and usul al-Fiqh were obtained.
