Later on, the topic of how I can connect the sign language to machine translation made me curious. I started to research. According to my research, some studies have been done about automatic sign language translation. Furthermore, there have been some good improvements around the world in this field. Fortunately, there have been some improvement in Turkey as well. According to the Federation of Hearing Impaired, there are over 4 million people suffering from hearing disabilities in Turkey1. These people are part of our community. Moreover, we have some responsibilities to make a unified society with them. I hope this translation project can be considered as part of these responsibilities. Again, I hope this project makes a contribution to helping people with hearing disabilities communicate and provide an opportunity to evaluate a study for researches.en_US
