Translation takes place in every aspect of our lives and will continue to do so. Translation continues to grow with new theories and different experiences added every day. The article I translated and researched, also discusses this issue in depth. The article ‘Experiencing translated media: why audience research needs translation studies,’ was written by Tiina Tuominen and published in 2019. In this article, Tinna Tuominen discusses how everyone exposed to any type of translation interprets it personally and individually Furthermore, the audience is one of the most important components of the translation industry. The environment is also another factor, which affects the audience’s understanding of the translation differently. Tinna Tuominen discusses other norms and perspectives of other writers by giving examples from books and movies. She also discusses how the recipient perceives each translation differently. In this mysterious world of translation, we can see in this article that the reception of each individual is not always the same.en_US
